The breakfast was well organized and had many options. The room was large and comfortable. The building is kept pretty clean with a competent, kindhearted staff who were very helpful. The elevators are fancy and we had fun with them. The bathroom had a tub and a separate shower stall which was lovely. The biggest thing going for this is how conveniently located it is to the bus stop from Dublin Airport (we used Aircoach) as well as being a popular spot for morning tours (we took one from Paddywagons). It's also within walking distance of many other things and it was easy to find stuff to do in the area and places to eat.

On arrival the staff greeted us with a friendly manner. Very helpful too. I booked the hotel for 8 of us staying in 5 rooms. The hotel put us all close together on same floor which was very nice. The rooms were very spacious and excellent everything was spotless clean. Great location in Belfast easy to navigate around. Very good night sleep was really quiet. The staff booked us a table for one of the local restaurant.

Room was good size, clean and tidy, bed was comfy. Staff were friendly and efficient. Location was great, right next to the bus station where you get off the bus from the City airport (George Best). Close to the town hall, 7/8 minute walk and there are plenty of shops around the centre. There are plenty of bars and restaurants with good food near the hotel

All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially at the reception. We were given a free upgrade to a bigger room with a view which was very unexpected. The room itself was pretty big, the bed was massive and super comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, including the bathroom. Nice addition of complimentary bottles of water too!

Really helpful, attentive staff. Clean and attractive rooms. Good showers that worked properly. Very comfortable beds, though duvet was a bit too hot for my preference. Lifts arrived without a long wait. Breakfasts were good (though not especially good value for money) - the porridge was excellent however.
